Laborde Neuve Gîte
- A non-refundable deposit of 150€ per week is payable at the time of booking.
- A security deposit of 200€ is payable per booking.
- The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before the arrival date.
- Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover should you need to cancel your booking.
- Late bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Keys will be available on arrival.
- Smoking is not permitted in the Gîte.
- Housekeeping after each let is included in the rates. Mid-stay housekeeping for lets over one week can be arranged upon request. Please ask for rates.
Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday and guests are requested to arrive after 4pm and vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
Gîte Rental per Week 2024
*Taxe de Séjour is currently set at 1,95€ per person per night for the Gîte and 1€ per person per night for the Chambres d’Hôtes and are payable on arrival. These are subject to change in accordance with local taxation regulations.

Our B&B rooms will open as from 06/04/2024 to 01/11/2024.
Room rate for 2 people sharing – 85€ per room/night
There is a reduction of 10€ per night for single occupancy of twin room.
