Welcome to Laborde Neuve Gîte

a 200 year old farmhouse tucked away in the Quercy Blanc area of the Lot in the South West of France.

Located in beautiful countryside, the house lies near Montcuq on the Lot and Tarn et Garonne border. It is newly renovated to a high standard with all modern conveniences for 21st century living.

Set in over 6 acres of maintained parkland, this is a nature lover’s paradise and the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

About Laborde Neuve:

To the west of Cahors – the departmental capital of the Lot – lies the beautiful valley of the Petit Barguelonne and it is here that we, Jane and Tony, made our home in 2011.

After years of renovation work we decided that this little corner of France was too stunning not to share with others.

So in 2015 we began work on creating a Gîte in an old barn. Early in 2016 the work was completed and the Gîte was ready to receive guests.

We also have 2 en-suite bedrooms rooms available for bed and breakfast guests.

The Gîte:

We offer to let, a delightful one bedroomed, well-appointed and equipped Gîte comprising of a kitchen/sitting room with dining area and an en-suite bedroom with walk in shower room.

Outside is a small private west-facing terrace with table, chairs and parasol offering spectacular views along the valley and ideal for taking meals alfresco.

Gîte guests also have full use of our 12m X 6m heated swimming pool with full-width steps for easy access and large terracing for sunbathing.

With heating throughout, the Gîte is ideal for holidays all year round, including Christmas and New Year.
